Not preferred but I guess you can do it by following the below-given steps:
As soon as you end up creating your web app
1) Run the command: "python manage.py collectstatic"
2) Check for the static/admin/index.html file.
3) Edit the HTML files as per your need and convenience.

There are many things that might be wrong in this situation.
1) Check the Urls.py file.
2) Check your settings.py file for the correct static URL & allowed hosts
3) Check for proper paths for every static file

Why you don't try with reporlab ? It's very easy to use. The only things
that i don't know if I can make a sub-reports like Crystal. That is very
