Hi all, I'm Alejandro a newbie here.
I have a change for localflavor/cl to add a field and I have its
translation.
My question is. Can I create a new ticket with both changes in only
one patch? or It's better to create a ticket for localflavor and
another for the translation?

Forget about the issue, I created a ticket only with the change to
localflavor, if it's accepted I will then create another for the
translation.
