Do you, by chance, mean "misuse of commercial utilization", that is,
practices such as:
- Sub-licensing/re-licenisng under non-free software licenses.
- Sub-licensing/re-licenisng the same copylefted work under non-free
software licenses, or under a non-copyleft license.
