Besides everything my pre-posters have said, there's a GMSK modulator
including GRC bindings in gr-digital. Which version are you using?

please consider the amount of blocks coming with your gnuradio
installation, usually found in your gnuradio directory,
somewhere like gnuradio/grc/blocks/*.xml
