I'm writing a paper which has a section on open hardware, and would like to
mention the USRP. I've checked-out usrp-hw from SVN, but can't see any
license notices. So my question is, what license applies to the schematics
Etc? And am I right in assuming there are no gerber files?

It does seem however that the ps/pdf files in USRP rev 4.2 folder are
still mis-captured.
I do however see the fresh files in the usrp folder.
Which folder should be taken as the current configured one?

What do you mean by incomplete ,is it cuz you see the pdf as if its cut from
the right side, if this is the case well all schematics are like this
.otherwise i think its a problem from ur pdf viewer or from the copy of the
schematics
