[Discuss-gnuradio] Flex900 TX gain question

2010-10-20 Thread Hugh Brunk
We are planning to use the flex900 gnu radio on a project.  In reviewing the schematic it appears to me that the gain is too high in the transmit path.  The AD8349 puts out about 4 dBm.  This is followed by a MGA82563 with a gain of 14, followed by the power amp RF3315 with a gain of 18.  If the am

[Discuss-gnuradio] m-block <--> GR block integration

Hello all, I've got an application that needs the new inband timestamp capability, and could really use some of the stuff already provided as GR blocks. So what I need is m-block support for GR flowgraphs. Is anybody currently working on this? If so I'd be happy to help out, and if not, I'

George- > We'd greatly appreciate any help, thanks! I noticed that you're asserting 'skip' in the WAIT state for a starting packet, and in the HEADER state for later packets. Without more code, I can't tell if this makes any difference. You might try rewriting it to have the same state

Okay so actually coding this up, I'm still missing something. So here's what I'm doing... and you'll see the hole. Application sends PING USRP server gets the PING request and generates the RID, creates the USB block, and fires it off to the FPGA. USRP server then needs to associate _somethi
