Don't worry, it's easy:
- Clone this repo: https://github.com/gnuradio/gr-recipes
- Copy one of the gr-*.lwr files and rename it gr-dl5eu.lwr
- Edit it the file to refer to your repository
- Submit a pull request against the gr-recipes repo with your new file
- Profit!

thank you for the suggestion. Please excuse the delayed answer, I was on
holidays.
I don't know PyBOMBs, neither gr-recipes and I don't have any experience
with github yet. If it is easy to do it I will do so. If you know what
needs to be done, please let me know :-)
