[Discuss-gnuradio] Squelch and the KSHT sounds ...

I've deployed a gnuradio application which records a morning maritime radio program in a Caribbean community. The recording can be played back online for people who missed the 'news'. The application works famously. However, I've got a request for an enhancement that comes up a lot! Everyone is use

Hi Tom, Thanks! Deleting the gnuradio/build directory, then rebuilding fixed the issue. -- Tom, N5EG On Sat, Jul 12, 2014 at 1:36 PM, Tom Rondeau wrote: > On Sat, Jul 12, 2014 at 4:15 PM, Tom McDermott wrote: > >> Hi Tom, >> >> The commit that caused the issue was 2bb2b31. I did a cmake

Hi Tom, The commit that caused the issue was 2bb2b31. I did a cmake, make, make install after checking out that commit. I will go back, clean out the build folder, checkout 2bb2b31 and try again. -- tom, N5EG On Sat, Jul 12, 2014 at 1:03 PM, Tom Rondeau wrote: > On Sat, Jul 12, 2014 at 3:

Built 3.7.5git, and updated UHD to latest. Builds fine. Gnuradio from the command line runs fine. When trying to run gnuradio-companion it core dumps: ~/gnuradio$ gnuradio-companion linux; GNU C++ version 4.8.1; Boost_105300; UHD_003.007.001-84-gd99ce4ef terminate called after throwing an instan

Re: [Discuss-gnuradio] Any way to sample/log the 50Mhz ISM signal in gnuradio with USRP2?

2014-07-12 Thread Marcus Müller
Just a side note: the 100MHz master sample clock rate of the USRP2 platform is *complex* sampling, so internally the USRP2 processes 100MHz of bandwidth (not 50!), but that's far too much to get it out via gigabit ethernet, and so it decimates these 100MHz down to the sampling rate you request as a
