the USRP source and do offline processing for 5 seconds in a repeated
manner. I am planning to use the lock & unlock features of the gnuradio to

users without NEON support build GNU Radio. It's been tested and looks
straight-forward, but as these things go, if you run into trouble with
ARM processors after this, please let me know.
