Hi, guys. I'm a newbie.
I'm planning to buy some USRPs and start learning gnu radio.
By the way, somebody told me that I need a license from FCC to use gnu radio.
And he said that getting a license is not the manufacturer's duty but mine.
Is this true?
Do you guys have licenses?

If the IF frequency is 43.75Mhz instead of 5.75Mhz, it is impossible that
AD9862 can be faster enough to do Nyquist sampling (64MSPs for
AD9862). If that is so, how can AD9862 sample the intended signal ?
using bandpass sampling? Matt, can you explain it a little bit more ?

Any relation to Hugo? : P
I would NOT recommend replacing the fuse with wire.
It is there to protect current over surge and should you accidentally
short something again you may drain the current from your source and
fry something much more expensive!!
Best replace with some sort of f
Hi, Matt
Since I intend to use the TV RX tuner both with USRP board and some

the in-house boards (the Altera one is a little limited to my project hence
I change that to Xilinx Virtex-2 and make a in-house board), can I have the new
TV RX 2 tuner datasheet (3x8769?) ?

the pages that say "Revised Nov 21 2005" are a bit out of date, and do not

I was not able to build gr-usrp from the 2.6 tarballs. Recent
