It's working now i just had to figure out that i also need the
_write_oe() function.
The first FIR filter with variable coefficients embedded in the FPGA is working.

layout. Currently I use EagleCad
but I'll have to pay extra for a version that does 4 layers and also its
quite expensive $800-1200 if
you want a version that doesn't have non-commercial restrictions. Is
