You need to either install Open vSwitch by very carefully reading and
following the instructions in INSTALL or INSTALL.Linux, or to use an OVS
installation provided by a distribution such as Debian. Then you can
use sFlow.

Are you carefully following the installation instructions? If you can't
follow them accurately, then perhaps you should use a prepackaged
