The reason for port being at 1.1.0 is that upgrading it requires porting
FreeBSD-specific changes to the newer version. Without those changes
Open vSwitch won't forward any packets, so it's rather pointless to try
to build it "by hand", I'm afraid.

i see that port before but it is openvswitch version 1.1.0 and after that,
there is no port for newer versions of openvswitch. i need some features
which is added to openvswitch 1.3.0 and the latter version.

The error you've shown doesn't provide much to go on. However, none of the
primary developers use FreeBSD, and the basic glue to make it work doesn't ship
with the package. I haven't tried it, but there is a port available:

in making process the below error occurred. i try to install open vswitch
