Can't build kernel module RPM on CentOS 6.4:
rpmbuild -bb rhel/openvswitch.spec - userspace rpm building without
problems producing: openvswitch-1.9.0-1.x86_64.rpm and
openvswitch-debuginfo-1.9.0-1.x86_64.rpm
old patch for CentOS 6.3 and ovs 1.7 not working
