I don't understand what openvswitch can do exactly with OpenFlow protocol
and the relationship between virtualization and openflow.

i want to say that i'am working on using openvswitch with nova. and i have
only one week to give up my project. any way i installed openvswitch and
configured it. i change the br100 of nova by the br0 (openvswitch) in sqlite
db.I can run instances and access to them using br0.

nova?

i have a problem with configuration of vlan in openvswitch.
I have 2 vms running in the same host and i want to isolate them by put in
each one in a different vlan and i want to know witch configuration should i
apply.
I do this configuration but vm1 still ping vm 2:
