Is there a way to preserve register/metadata values when I output a packet
through a patch port to another OVS bridge?
Thanks,

Is there anyway to specify other action types for a learn rule? For example
learn(,normal) or
learn(,resubmit(,10))
Thanks,

Hi, I reinstall my system and OVS 2.4 recently, and this used to work but
isn't working anymore:
ovs-vsctl --may-exist add-br br -- set bridge br
protocols=OpenFlow10,OpenFlow11,OpenFlow12,OpenFlow13,OpenFlow14,OpenFlow15
ovs-ofctl add-group br_vxlan group_id=2147483647,type=all -O OpenFlow15

Hi, does anyone know if there's a limit on the number of openflow groups,
and how OVS scales with the number of groups?
I'm assuming that as long as there are no operations that goes through the
list of groups, all group actions are indexed by the group id (no complex
search involved), so the numb

Hi, is there a way to reference another group as an action in a group
bucket?
When I tried doing that right now I'm getting
an OFPGMFC_CHAINING_UNSUPPORTED error.
What I want to do is setup some common actions in group 1, and then have
other groups include group 1 in a bucket for those actions. I
Never mind, ignore my question. Didn't realize that dump-flows command also
required the -O option.
Thanks

Hi, I'm testing this on 2.4.0.
I created a group with some entries, and then added a flow with
actions=group:. However when I checked the flow table, the flow
entry becomes actions=drop.
Any idea why that happens?
Thanks,

According to ovs-ofctl's man page, if no bucket_id is specified it's
support to allocate one. Is that not being done? Or is that the bug itself?

Does OVS 2.4 support ovs-ofctl insert-buckets?
I just upgraded to OVS 2.4.0, and here's what I tried to do:
ovs-vsctl set bridge br0
protocols=OpenFlow10,OpenFlow11,OpenFlow12,OpenFlow13,OpenFlow14,OpenFlow15
ovs-ofctl add-group br0 group_id=0,type=all,bucket="actions=output:10" -O
OpenFlow11
