We are trying to understand the vswitchd implementation in openvswitch code. We
observed that,
1.If there is any configuration change in Ovsdb ,vswitchd

In openvswitch code ,vswitch daemon waits for the notifications from OVSDB
.After receiving the notification it is parsing and updates the database
accordingly.
