Yes, really the kernel module was still 1.9.2 version. After upgrade of it
the problem eliminated itself.

floodlight open flow controller with ovs.I have subscribed for flow
removal messages from the switch.I am supposed to receive only one message
per removal of flow,but I am receiving two message per flow removal.please
