Just to clarify I'm not at PennState any longer as my visa ran out.
But it's still a great Grad School with lots of open source coding
going on. I don't think any of the Online Masters classes use open
source any longer though.

My problem is to get Control Flow plugin working. I was trying:
- Snapshot (version of Geoserver and plugin)
- 2.1.2 (version of Geoserver and plugin).
Both with no results (no controlflow.properties file, no changes in
administration console).

You may keep an eye on the Google Summer of Code projects. OSGeo folks have
done good work there, organizing specific coding challenges on OSGeo projects.
The program for this year is just starting up AFAIK.
