The memory stick may be damaged or you simply loaded it incorrectly. I
suggest in the future you use ventoy (https://www.ventoy.net/en/index.html)
to create your bootable linuxes. Your bootable memory stick can have
multiple images on it.

Did you use dnf to try to install hplip. hplip is included in the fedora
repository. Pulling it from the developers site will cause dependency
errors. Note that is hplip is a python module. Look in the folder
/usr/share/hplip. Here is how it should be installed.

I think the object of the list may determine how you want to use it. At BLU
we have used mailman (https://list.org/) for a long time. It is fairly easy
to set up and users can manage their own profile. It is written in python
and admins can add their own code.
