dear dia list members
i am creating an organigram with dia, then export an eps file and integrate
this file into latex. afterwards i create a pdf.
unfortunately the text in boxes of the organigram is not centred (vertically).
the text moves slightly upwards with creating the pdf. what can i do
in the properties of the flowchart box i chose: text alingment "center" are
there any other properties i can adjust i have not found yet?

thank you michael for your patience. however it did not work. i tried it in
several different ways. but the figure in the pdf does not look to the same
then in dia - the text moves slightly upwards. the problem could also evolve
through writing the pdf from latex. i guess i have to live with it
