I have installed on my machine:

libxml.so.1.8.9

libxml-devel-1.8.9-5
Cannot find xml-i18n-tools package.
I compiled and ran dia 0.
Hi,
When trying to open a help window I have gotten the message that
the browser expects UTF-8 while the xml is iso-8859-1. I cannot
identify the browser, but the dia package is:
dia-0.96.1.rpm. Can you steer me to some explanation.
