Dia 0.97.2 released, finally.

Finally there is a Dia 0.97.2 release - only about 11 month later than originally anticipated ;) This release accumulates a bunch of bugfixes and a lot of translation updates. It will most probably be the last release in the 0.97.x series. Get it at http://download.gnome.org/sources/dia/0.97/
