Text anchoring points

Hi, I have started using Dia few weeks ago has already eased my life a lot. Aslo I have the following feature suggestion which would be a "good to have". The line always seem to have an anchoring point (not sure if it is the exact term used in Dia circles) in the middle, which, is great that one

I have just the opposite request. I'd like to turn off the anchoring points in the middle of lines, etc. because they're always grabbing things I don't want them to. Hard to handle sticky stuff without everything sticking to it! David Friedman Austin, TX - On Wednesday 16/02/2011 at
