past few days to reflect the release of Dia 0.97.1 (which happened
almost a year ago). Some general cleanup of the Dia website has
also been done.

diagram with respect to the drawing window, so that the drawing
window ends up centered on the diagram point that the mouse pointer
was pointing at, but, unexpectedly, the mouse pointer does not move

If all open files are closed (by clicking the X on the tab for each
file), the name of one of the files stays in the Dia window
