I want to be able load dia's python plugin like
import dia
and then traverse the graph that I've drawn in
dia.
Is this possible without firing up the python
console from a running dia session? Is there
a dia/__init__.py written to load up the
libpython_plugin.so?
Thanks for any help.

I don't know if this is a bug. I know I can't find anywhere where to change
this. I've included a PDF of the print off from Dia.
I've tried printing to multiple printers from different vendors and all of
them come back like this.
Let me know if there is a work around. Thanks

Hi,
I tried several times to export my dia-diagramms into a tex-file and then
include it in my tex-documents. Unfortunately, there is no text (only
shapes) in the output, when I compile the tex-file in a dvi-file or no
shapes (only text) when I compile in a pdf-file.
I use the standard MikTeX and
Hi,
for our developer systems I try to set a configuration option for dia
systemwide. But I found no global configuration file for dia, that would
enable me to do so. Also it does not seem as if dia would use gconf for
its configurations, therefore adding/changing gconf defaults seems not
to be an
Hi all,

Symbol
font is not available. Is there any way to add the Symbol font or to add
another
similar font type?
Thanks,

decided to do it on Dia. I've been using it for a while, especially the
last three months for database design purpose. I do love the software and
prefer this over others, like Visio.
In the class presentation, there are som
Hi
First - dia is great!
My small problem is this: I just installed FC8 on my work laptop and loaded
up dia (0.96.1). In previous versions, for at least the last several
months, when I exported a diagram as a PNG I was given a dialog that allowed
me to specify the size of the PNG image to creat
Hi Cezary,
why don't you export in .eps? I've always used that method and it works
pretty well.

Hi Mike,
try to upgrade your Dia version on Linux to 0.96.1. Another option is
to copy the
BPMN shapes from your Windows installation to the Linux one, but this is more
complicated.
