Dear Antonio, you first have to install GTK+ in order to run Dia: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/gimp-win/gtk%2B-2.8.18-setup-1.zip?download Please uninstall Dia first. Then install GTK+ and reinstall Dia. If this doesn't help, please provide additional information like exact version number
