In my experience, the best way to export to LaTeX from DIA is
MetaPost. Is there a reason you need to use Pstricks?

you are right, the MetaPost plugin is pretty cool and I got to admit
that I have neither tried it before nor had MetaPost installed on my
computer.
Though this lowers my pressure to create an improved pstricks
plugin, I am still interested in it.

message when trying to launch the programme;
“This application has failed to start because
libgtk-win32-2.0-0.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix
this problem.”
