There was no RC2 for Win32, for various non-technical reason
Previously, I had the CVS snapshot for 2002-05-26 installed.
This morning, I compiled and built RC3, then ran 'make install.
It failed with the following error:
/bin/sh ../../mkinstalldirs /usr/local/share/dia/help/pl
/usr/bin/install -c -m 644 ./topic.dat /usr/local/share/dia/help/pl/topic.dat
