I just installed dia-0.89 on NT 4.0 and found this bug: If the menu bar is activated
(i.e., the File, Edit, View and other menus are displayed along the top, rather than
popping up when right clicking in the diagram), Crtl+D no longer deletes an object.
Edit->Delete still works, however.

I ran into the same problem and had to search through the registry for references to
"dia" to delete. As you can imagine, with all the "media" and "dialog" entries, it
was tedious. The problem was some references to a version 0.86 install.
