Resizing the rectangular blob of UML lifeline objects

Hi, I could not figure out how to vertically resize the rectangular part of the UML's lifeline object. Clicking on the anchors, I can move it up and down as a whole, but not change its vertical extent. This is on 0.97.1 on windows. Is this a feature or a bug? Thanks, Mirko ___
