As far as I know there's no french documentation of dia.
If you know DocBook, you're most welcome to translate the
English Docbook sources and contribute them.

I'd like to know if there's a french translation of dia's documentation.
If not is there a translation project? I'd be happy to contribute to
such a project: I'm really intersted in dia, and a systematic read of
its documentation could be a good exercise to get accustomed to it.
