and MSYS2 is run in CI so is known to work (well it at least builds)

Dia doesn't offer this of course and implementing it would be rather tricky,
can't immediately think of any general-purpose diagram tool that does it
That said I'd love to see some patches implementing this

Sorry to have disappeared for the past week or so...
After some sleepless nights and a lot of fighting the compiler I can
say I just ran Dia against Gtk3!
It's currently very broken but i hope to push something in the coming
weeks
