I use Ctrl+A for "View/Show All" all the time. Many graphics applications use the same short cut, regardless of what the Gnome or Windows interface guidelines say. "Select All" is an uncommon operation in Dia and similar applications. I think this is a case of "rules are made to be broken."

Whatever happened to 0.89?

2001-11-30 Thread Robert Campbell
I'm using a 0.89 binary that I got from a link in the mailing list archive (thanks, Hans). It works great and is noticeably more stable (the warning about anti-aliased mode still comes up, but I'd swear the problems were less frequent or nonexistent). So why no official release? The Dia home

Is any of this perhaps related to the problem that a UML class object will not shrink when the longest attribute or method shrinks? I'm running the Windows version. Thanks, Rob Campbell -Original Message- From:Cyrille Chepelov [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent:Thu, 29 Nov 2001 13:38:49

When creating an EPS file, you typically have the option of embedding a preview. This preview is what a word processor or other program displays on the screen. Even in MS Word, if the preview is not included in the EPS file, the image will not appear when the document is edited (presumably, i

Allan, Dia cannot arbitrarily rotate objects, as is noted in the FAQ at www.lysator.liu.se/~alla/dia/faq.html. The FAQ is the first and best place to look for answers to questions before posting them to the list. If you have a question that is not answered by the FAQ and you think it should
