I did a merge request on github in order to solve this issue. The solution is
that i've removed the configure option, and i've added the capabilities to find
sozi engine in three pathes : home, install, or in DIA_SOZI_PATH env variable.

As a workaround, i can purpose the sozi feature (http://sozi.baierouge.fr/wiki/sozi). You
can export your diagram to an "interactive" svg.
So if you embed your diagram as an svg figure in your web page, you can make it a bit
"dynamic".
