Hi
Today as I was switching between Dia 0.95-pre1 and 0.95-pre2 for Windows,
I thought that maybe it'd be a good idea to automatically get a shortcut
in the "Start"-menu entry for Dia that goes to the uninstall command.

The problem with the unistall.log creation is fixed now.
