* checktrans.py doesn't work. There doesn't appear to be a
saxlib.DocumentHandler.locator for CounterHandler to inherit, and
setDocumentLocator(self,locator) is never called. Because of this;

I grabbed the 0.89-test, and the latest CVS snapshot
(dia-CVS-20010903-0723.tar.gz)
I didn't try runing ./autoconf yet as both these archives came with
configure scripts.

Another bug I discovered in dia 0.88.1 recently is that dia get the edges
wrong, i.e. when I have an image, let's say
blah blah

Then if I export the file to let's say eps or xfig format half the text of
"blah blah" or "b
