Kindly note I am a newbie to DHIS2. We are implementing DHIS2 through a
developer and he says DHIS2 works like Excel. He means the data entered in
one program/tracker cannot be used/linked with another program. I went
through the online manuals and suggested him to use Tracker Ass

Sometime back I read about this. I think you need to use the expression like

Kindly assist me to resolve this issue.
I want to check a single quoted string in a program rule such as "variable
== 'Don't know'". I tried using two single quotes (Don''t know) and escaped
with a backward slash (Don\'t know) but it doesn't work.

They are in the Appearance only. But I have seen those parameters appear
only upon selection of the language. Please select the language first and
you will see them.
