I have notice that when adding Program stage section the programstageid is
to inserted programstagesection table and therefore the the section and
forms do not show up when capturing data. It seems a bug in DHIS 2.24.
did anybody have the same issue?

I have set up a tracker program and wanted to capture some data but it
keeps showing "loading metadata". when I inspect I get this attached errors.
I used Firefox and it works perfectly

Thanks you for raising this intersting question. We also have some instance
having the same issue and we suspect that it is due the mobile data
collection making those funny missing TEI.
Are you using mobile data collection on that your instance?

use the same approach using dx dimension on Analytics table through the
backend to retrieve the PI value and I noticed that the PI values are not
stored.
Its there any other way to retrieve the Program indicator value through the
backend table?

You can use the even report app to pull the data with the Programstage data.
For data modification, use can also use the API(if you are familiar with it).

DHIS store by default the file uploaded into to folder under DHIS_HOME( usually
named DHIS2).
To share these file with other users I don’t advise you to share that folder
directly but create an automatic copy from this folder to a secure FTP where
users can access those files.
