When data is captured and tagged to data set categories the reporting rates
are based on the organization unit tagging under the category option.
However in a scenario where some category options are not known/ missing
and an 'unknown' category option is added to the category as an alternative
for
Sir ,
While i change the DataSet for Second time in Data Entry Section, It can't
Show a form for DataEntry.
Only Show for First Time when Data Set is Select.
Kindly help me.

While Creating a Dataset i given the dataelements to create a dataset and
in source code i have added a class to input field of dataelement to apply
css affect on that dataelement.
After that css is applied But DataELement not working like a default
dataelement.
