However, from our experience in Uganda, there are scenarios where indicator
max and min values are reversed e.g maternal deaths (Low values =red and
HIGH values = Green) and in some cases like C-Section indicator ( 0-5 & >15
represents Red and 5-15 = green),

I think the plan is to support legend sets per indicator (rather than per
pivot table). This would then allow you to assign individual legend sets to
each indicator, which you could use then to "flip" the color scale when
needed.

I am unable to edit datasets in 2.24. I want to assign a Category
combination and change the 'Days after period to qualify for timely
