Hi Muhammad, It is important to differentiate between "Attributes" and "Data Elements" in DHIS2. Attributes are linked to a person (aka Tracked Entity Instance), whereas each Program can have several Program Stages, each of which will have its own form with a set of Data Elements. Sorry I am on a

Hi Muhammad, we are phasing out the "Individual records" app and will focus on the "Tracker Capture" app going forward. Can you please try again with that app? When you create a program, you must link it to exactly one tracked entity. Persons/things you register for that program are then implicit
