On DHIS2 dashboard, the completeness of reporting of a weekly form for the
last 12 weeks ended to week 23.
Based on ISO 8601 norm, the week starting today is week 24.
Question: when we display figures for the last 12 weeks, does dhis2 include
the current week

Perhaps you could try with the latest build of 2.29, in case this is
related to a bug that was recently fixed:

I've been having some issues with Analytics since I upgraded from 2.28 to
2.29.
The scheduled Analytics which is supposed to run at 12:00 midnight always
fails with the following error (Screen shot):
