It seems your current challenge is that these are not showing up in the user
interface while entering data - correct?
I found two issues from your screenshots;
- Incidence date is used in one of the indicators. Try

We have a version of 2.22 that we've been testing. I just ran a pivot table
in 2.22 to test the download of long indicator and data element names and
