will work. The permission is to create min/max rule rather than seeing
the min/manx outlier analysis. As far as I can tell it seems there are

1) See Data Quality module (which I could not see for some reason in 2.15)
2) Add/update min/max
3) You can also give permission to delete min/max (best to use this caution)
Try (2) and see if it helps.

Hi all,
In 2.14, i was trying to disable one user but apparently no way we can identify
disabled vs enabled users. This is difficult to monitor after sometimes later.
I would suggest to put like ! or ? or any sign for disabled users. Or we can
use the 2.13 approach of disabling users.
