Windows machine (i.e. which is not already set up to run DHIS2)?
We get a lot of complaints that it is not working.

I will explain with two examples:
1- the relation between information from two different form(Data Set).
I created a DataElement named 'proyeccion de población', but it is used in two
different DataSet. Then I need to create a indicator with this DataElement,

everything I found in my way, before you told me to try this.

organizational units in the same level and move to the displacement with
the last option on the left-hand paddle

Ok, so it is definitely caching related.
Fixing it with the OU tree is sometimes quite tricky - you should try also
restarting the browser, and clearing cookies also, not just the cache.
