[Dhis2-devs] Need to modify or regenerate the default categoryOptionCombo

ged public access to "rw--", restarted the server, and pulled a few other things, but nothing seems to work. Is there any other way to manually remove this extraneous category option combo from the "default" category combo? Below is the metadata, if anyone is curious to take
