generated in the logs when I attempt to load up the translation csv file.

in 2.25 we completely changed the way translations are handled. They are
now stored as a collection associated with each object, and not as a
separate entity. The CSV import of translations has unfortunately been
removed (we will have to update the docs). To illustrate the point:
