Bharath,
The exact method for calculating this aside - it seems to me that a
fundamental limitation in your coverage definition is that it does not
consider whether the data set is an accurate representation of the services
each facility provide. Or in other words, you might have a data set of 100

Works for me. The SSL certificate is outdated, so just be sure you allow
access. Your browser may warn you but the warning can be safely ignored.

Dear dhis2-users,
If someone cannot help me; can anyone explain why am i having data for
October, November, December 2015 on my database?
dhis=# select * from period where startdate > '2015-01-01';
periodid | periodtypeid | startdate | enddate

Hi Mihayo,
There is no need to do that. Just go into your DHIS-Live folder, and then
into webapps/dhis. Delete everything in that folder, place your dhis.war
file there, and unzip. Then you can start your "old" dhis-live as usual,
now with 2.15.

Sometimes it helps to rename the dhis.war file to dhis.zip before
decompressing, though this should not strictly be necessary.
