Hi,
I'm trying to transfer two relatively small data sets with dependent
objects from one DHIS2 instance to another. I've tried to use both XML
and JSON formats.
When importing as a dry run, it works as expected - takes a few seconds.
When importing the same with dry run = No, the progress displ
Hi,
the issue is not that it doesn’t allow custom sorting (I didn’t know that was
possible), but that it sorts options alphabetically rather than using the sort
order specified for the option set.
On the /demo for example, the option set for Gender has sort order Male -
Female, but in ER and E
Hi Calle,
This is quite common behaviour, but unfortunately, the error is only
available in the logs. You will need to get a copy of the logs while
performing the import to see exactly what is causing the process to
fail.
Best regards,
Jason

Jason,
Thanks for the rapid (Sunday :-) ) feedback!
Sigh - yeah, I actually got hold of Jason and we checked the Tomcat
log since the post, but the logs didn't really clear up exactly why
this is happening:

Hi
I just got an update notification for java 8.31 - and with it a
notification that Java 7 will no longer be supported after April 2015.
I had no problems running DHIS2 under 8.05, then it would not run
under 8.25 (some switches required, I guess), so I reverted back to
Java 7.71 (now 7.75).

Hi all,
Here's a question (potential bug) on the validation rules for event capture.
When setting a validation rule for a program it doesn't seem to do anything
when violated. There is no pop-up blocking saving the data when filling in the
form and no problem detected the data quality app.

Additional detail: when clicking on a validation rule and "Show details", the
"Right side expression" always copies the "Left side expression". It might just
be a small bug without further consequences but I add it here anyway.

Dear All,
I have a DHIS2 instance running on version 2.18. The issue is the Org Unit
tree keeps on loading in Individual Modules and Tracker Capture when using
Firefox. I have tried opening in Private Window, Clearing cache, reloading
page etc, but nothing seems to work.
It also throws out an er
Do you see the same problem with the demo?

Dear All,
Is there any reason why FireBug Lite won't show up on Tracker Capture
module on Chrome.
I can get it working on other modules of DHIS2, but not on tracker capture.
I'm using DHIS2 version 2.18. I have tried it on demo as well.
Thank you

I've just tried it with the very latest stable 2.18 - no difference.
The dry run works fine, but the real import chokes on the data set.
The work-around - importing data elements (or data element groups) -
works fine - I just have to re-create the data set, re-allocate data
elements to the
Dear All,
